Its a bug, rejoin the game with /q. If still happening wait 30mins and join later.

It happened was because you keep rejoining after getting kicked multiple times, so the server banned you for 30 mins for causing spam of 'kick' message. In your case it was VPN detector that kicked you, but it was a false detection & the EC's bot already PMed me about it. Anyway, you should be able to join after 30 mins, let me know if it's still happening.
