He just said to you Privately that I'm brother of Saim come to EAD. he just say you as a Friend. The actual mean of advertising is '"a notice or announcement in a public medium promoting something related to Game(servers)'"

in first report sheep was not aware of rules
i dont know about scnd
in third one admin said its in arabic warned
i have not seen 4th one
As i know about past reports if a player dont want you to pm him about inviting them to other servers then you can report them and action can be taken on them

@BirdMan You have access to /nopm command to disable your pms or tell the guy who pm'ing you that you don't wanna come and stop pm'ing me or else you will report him if he repeat the same thing again feel free to report him and of course the action will be taken fairly..
