Only VIPs and above may chat!

You can join #EC to see server's main chat, players kills/deaths..etc but you cant talk or use commands unless you buy VIP package in-game( use /buyvip ) or be a donator/contributor( perma VIP ). After you buy VIP in game, set your irc account name( use /ircname ) so that irc bot can give access to your irc account to talk/use irc commands and remove it once the VIP package is over. Make sure you register the irc account, otherwise you will not get the access.

You can use !say <message/text>
and also by using a dot as prefix for the message. For example,
.<message/text>
