The proof you provided us is not valid. You just show us that he is AFK we don't know that you were in combat with him or not. Please provide a  video or the report will be denied. If I am not allowed to post here so sorry for this.

stop posting useless here and you know forum rules well as you aren't new here. So this is not your bussiness and stop acting like you are admin here
