don't you see you are the one who's to blame here? why did you spawn that helicopter?

and as a matter fact I wanted to shoot the heli not you, there's no hacks involved here
I wanted to shoot the helicopter and you came in my way (coincidental), I had no intentions to shoot your head and besides that helicopters and cars in general are easy to penetrate with a bullet (even works with m4) unlike walls: there's no rule about 'car glitch' afaik

If we're thinking rule wise it is not mentioned regarding car cover considered as wall glitching, to think it realistic it can penetrate so again I mainly based this case on what is stated on the rule.

Wall-glitching is an act on which you 'intentionally' use the game's bug or any other unfair way to shoot through a wall to hit another player.

It is not a bug nor a wall so it does say it all.
