It is caused from high ping. I know this because he told me he has internet issues as in the region where he lives.

Okay, since he told me he can't register due to the actual multi-account rule, he also asked KILLERX for permission to post on someone's behalf.

He told me he was having FPS issues due to the explosion caused from the hydra airstrikes, aswell he was getting desynced due to CPU overheating that was causing him FPS issues. He would also like to apologize for not logging off earlier for avoiding this kind of issue. More than that, he never used any kind of cheat to have a ironhead; all was just FPS issues, got it?

OFF-TOPIC FYI: You don't even know how well I'm acquainted with this guy even before on 2016, he's not nor I am asslicking him or whatsoever you would just think, we're just well-acquainted friends.

As he is your friend , ask him his logs. if you see the end when he killed me with sniper, i was shoting with m4 on his head for like 4secs and no damge, why is that? Even a 10 fps user would be dead.

Sorry for long delay answer, but how the fuck can we confirm such evidence via logs? I think you're drunk right? Also, I don't think you can kill a 10fps user instantly so, did you even fought that Bangho guy to know the same sides? Next thing is that if he had head-protection hacks, why his HP wouldn't get decreased? Since such kind of hacks even includes infinite HP. Anyways, next thing is that the last part of the evidence where you where getting covered near the car, in his screen the bullets were going above his head, however we can both confirm that you we're aiming in his head straight but again, in his POV the trails were above his head. Another thing it could've been probably the smoke particle too. Other prolly it could be a desync from low FPS.

Really, me too, this sometimes happen to me. 'Cause my FPS get dropped sometimes, that's why I become like a lagger or F1 or Head Protection and sometimes when I die, but still failing my game get stopped for 5 secs maybe due to FPS dropping. Look like Evade.

Well since he is my long time friend and my clan mate, I would like to say that
He has fps problem and how can you be too sure that he have head protection since you headshotted you the previous time plus he didn't took longer time to respawn. If he is using head protection then he also would've not died before and he would have took longer time to spawn.

Proof based, it is not that definite to consider it whether it a head protection hack, could've gathered more and for the fps drop/ping spike, there is a probability that can happen which can make you unhittable, though i'll let this go for a warn to have a decent fps/ping when playing to avoid such accusation like this.
