Watching YouTube or downloading something wouldn't give him a ping of 300/400 but 500+. It would get him kicked easily. And btw, I was just discussing the same thing with Killerx about me. When unspawned, my ping is normal. As soon as I spawn and engage in fight, my ping rises 500+. Same case in every server server. So Its not intentional but sometimes it happens with PTCL.
