20th july you was banned on that day & I saw you yesterday which is impossible. Because minimum ban for RG can be 5 days or using it in close range can be 3-5 days which wasnt finished yet. The UID was changed, you ban evaded & use the right format or never apply for unban.

And where to check that Howl unbanned you dude? where's the unban appeal?
