You could have simply posted this picture in that report to show that he did the same 1st. That would have kept you n him free of warn.

Warned. - Not because just he abused, but also for reporting you while he did the same.

EDIT:
Well, I misunderstood. I though that the incident is just of the same time as he reported you. I just noticed the report made by you is about 3 n half months old and you are re-reporting it. Thus it will not be considered valid for reporting. Awesome is not warned.
