He explained it as

I had 4% health and I was trying to escape. That jump actually doesn't give HP loss but here it did. It was unintentional and had no idea it would lose HP.

But the fact is, when you jump down from that slide, you lose 5% of HP ( tested ).. Seeing that the act was unintentional but performed, Raheel has been warned. Not to make such mistake again.
