this guy's chat is bugged check it out, Gogeta Joined server in a while actually his chat is late from the original time (this happens when you spam f7 key to fix chat lines), and about report i think its EC duel system send duel to someone and when accepted you will be automatically there, as his chat is bugged its not showing duel msg. Clear ? may be i'm wrong.

for sure gogeta/reporter should post logs here but according to this https://ec.vc-mp.co.uk/index.php?topic=9254.0 logs can be changed.

EDIT: another proof of his bugged chat is check when he types "/gotoloc bf" no server msg appears.

Denied, you wrote /gotoloc and not appeared in your screen even when he accept duel too.
