Not because you report someone means you're going to get what you want out of it. If someone reports you and you get banned, it means their evidence was concrete against you. We try to be fair to everyone here at EC and not be mindless admins that just ban for everything. All you have to do is comply, cut out the childish behaviour because at the moment it looked like he failed, if he didn't I'd ban, if he did I'd warn, just comply, it's that simple.
