Hi guy i need your little help I want to make a animated promoting videos ( 2d animation ) but i don't have any idea how to build character and make them moveable etc ?.Can you please tell me if you don't mind how and where to start and the software which can help me ?

If you want to work on 2d animations, the basic or starter software is Macromedia Flash. It will help you learn how to work on slides, moving a sprite, changing shapes, different types of motions, etc. The actionscript can be coded + the GUI allows to perform functions without scripting.
