I won't comment on the staff decision that they would take on this but I'd like to advice you Tom to put some hold on this hacking issue from your side, your team or group. You see you guys get yourselves banned from all community servers and then speak of chances, it doesn't always go in your favor, So just put an end to it already and things will be good i assume.
