He is shooting his grenades. One of the grenade knocked down you. The second one he threw and he realized you got knocked down so he rushed in.

He is shooting his grenades. One of the grenade knocked down you. The second one he threw and he realized you got knocked down so he rushed in.
I still feel he isn't knocked down by his nade. Instead, an RPG shot by another medic. Because, the radius of fire doesn't come from his side.

Observing the report, Heinrich seems to be throwing grenades' at the entrance to knock kody down as soon as he steps out. Eventually someone shot an RPG that knocked kody and the bomb thrown by heinrich near the entrance killed Kody due to the radius. Thus, it's not counted as wall glitch.
