GUI system for banned players

Suggestion for:(Forum/Server) server
Your suggestion(please include as much info as you can): - i do remember when this GUI system were in EC server, so i came up with an idea, so in the old GUI system when you register you have to wait for some admin to approve it, you can spawn as spectator with infinite hp and disabled shoot while waiting for approval, okay so my idea is to bring back this GUI system and make it for the people who's banned from the server and they'll be able to spawn as spectators only.
Extra notes: it may be good idea for the server activity or it may be bad in some way, i leave the rest to you to decide

The ban are meant to punish those who break the rules and held them accountable for their action that possibly have ruined a lot of other players game experience with either hack/other rule break. This suggestion will turn the ban system and players reports into one big joke.
