Wrong ActionsHey, now just take a look at Image#1 where he is shunning for non-existing rules(image#1) and i am sure there is no rule about it and it wont redirect you to porn site directly unless you try to visit it on purpose as shown in Image#4 and  we usually do these sort of jokes and never got shunned or warned since there is no rule regarding it but now from no where Mr.Moderator coming and stopping from the things which are not even in rules.

Insultive behavior: This guy behavior is not acceptable at all as a moderator and being a part of staff since this guy got big mouth and cant really close it even i was not in combat with him nor in any sort of other engagement i was just having fun with diaz and this guy comes from no where and starts passing insultive comments or i say he is the most annoying staff member in ec and its not only me as you can see there is alot of reports regarding his behavior and i don't think /ignore can satisfy us and even if we did abuse back then EC provoking/Abusing rule getting violated.

Its totally unfair for us as users and giving a big advantage to staff members(actually only hazard taking advantage no other staff members as they are most lovely people).

I would like to request disallow insulting staff members strictly and impose a rule for staff to not insult players and if players did they can shun us since its totally unfair to users.

This way staff member wont be able to insult users and if players did staff members can shun them.


Biased: alright, now take a look at image#3 where someone inviting him to another server and instead of giving verbal warning or kicking him from discord for rule break  he is replying with "OK" while if we do not violate rules and do something which is nothing more than a joke then he is getting poped from nowhere to distrub us.

Showing off powers As i said above my shun was nothing more than a rage action which happened due to personal issues and as i explained everything in detail.

The shunned was illegal and issued for personal reasons thus i want to request a strong action against him keeping everything into the account i said.

I talked and reprimanded Hazard regarding this matter and raising this concern as an issue to be solved between him and with the players, in brief discussion between us it is about consideration and leniency to the players and proper use of administrative powers right, and also to filter his words as it is also a concern that I keep on receiving.

Apart from the aforementioned statement by the management, it will be a note for us to take and for us to overlook further to our staff team to avoid such cases like this.

I've explained about the need of 'provoking admin' rules in last report:

The 'Provoking admins' rule is there to prevent players from abusing and pushing unnecessary stress on the admins. Unlike normal players, admins need to deal with a lot more players with different behavior and admins are not allowed to use /ignore since they are there to enforce the rules and handle players issues, thus it's important to have such rules in place.

About your idea to add rules to completely disallow staff from insult, it's a really bad idea. They are not robots, they are also prone to mistakes and have their limit. The only outcome i can see from such rule is an oppurtunity for trouble makers to target admins, either by provoke/targets the admins until the admin reach their limit or when the admin is simply joking and take the oppurtunity to report it when the admin makes even the slightest mistake just to be linked on their next reports to change other people perspective of the admin as 'having multiple reports' (yes, it happened and it will just add more problems than what it solves. Considering the number of players compared to admins, it is a lot easier for management to monitor and deal with admins). The current rules are already fine and when issues outside of the rule are faced, the management will personally take action as necessary. Even though admin report of stuff that are not stated in rules will likely be denied, the management will still take notes of it. You can also contact active management members if the issues are not stated in the rules without making admin reports.

Just for clarification, the admin have no right to take action if he started it first. You can insult them back and even report it if they take action in that situation. It's not a free pass for admins to insult players.
