If you were insulted by player and report him, it's most likely will be denied too and you will be told to use /ignore unless it's considered over the limit. It's not only against admin.
About the links of admin report you give, he's already personally warned by Aaron and we've already explained it. It's funny how you ignored the report in which Aaron and me explained about it here:

The report was rejected since there's no official rule against admin insulting player and the reason we cant add such rule is because of players like you that keep provoking admins out of no where just so that you can report them when they take action/insult back. The management will still take note of report on admin that continously insulting player and even personally warn them, but the report will be denied since there's no official rule against it. If the admin does not seem to change, then management will demote them without any report.
Also, dont consider everyone in staff team as one individual because that is how i see players treat admins. Do i have to tell you that they are different players with different background ? If you have problem or is a friend with
admin A then dont consider
admin B to treat you as his friend or expect him want to be treated the same way as
admin A. If
admin A insult you, then you are free to insult him back but if you are out of no where suddenly provoke
admin B then dont be mad if you get shunned by
admin B. It's funny seeing how it's so hard for some players not to provoke admins and let them do their works..
