Hazard I fix the problem Thank you so much bro! , The solution was go to gta vice city folder and rename the application and type gta-vc thanks.

LOL bro it's succesfully locate VC but when i was opening my game it's says gta vice city has stopped working lol when i play normal it's opening ?

there are 2 problems in VCMP first is Could not start process.[704] the second is Gta vice city has stopped working The fact is when i fix first problems it shows second when i fix second problem then first problem came xD nice fact

nah i reinstalled my vc and its showing one Erro unhandeled something like that if i fix it then i will tell you
