Reason for reporting: Racism
Evidence:(Screenshots, videos..etc)

Extra notes: He is very old player of the server, And I'm pretty sure, he is aware of rules, He don't have a right to break rules of the server in fun, Strong Punishment (shun) should be given. Thanks
