For Vpn , Only old or identified member can use VPN like me ,I laggs too much in 300+ ping i knows that so a special registration for using VPN like that

You didn't understand why we disallowed VPN,

New rule:

VPN/Proxy usage
VPN/Usage of proxies is strictly prohibited in our server. It shows the ping low but actually its high ping which lags more than normal 400 ping so for this reason it's not allowed anymore. You'll be warned first time using proxy, next time it'll be a ban.

You lag on 300+ ping & you lag more than using any kind of VPN. You can ask from any experienced guy.
