Human.: It's not about newbies, it's about getting new players. The called pro players will probably leave later on, i cant even promise if i will still be here next year. So we need new players to take the old players place to keep EC alive

Human.: You dont have to worry, if it doesnt run well. The old script will be used again, like i said..we are just observing/testing it for few days.

Whether you realize or not, EC players count is already dropping( even very slowly ) time by time. So we chose to try another way to get new players to EC by pushing new updates, that will lesser the stress in fights by giving them more time to prepare and roam. The update was focus on getting new players & in the same time the old players should not face much problem( as most of them own more money and vehicles, which make them more advantageous ). The new players are important to keep EC alive, the old players will probably leave later on due to studies, personal life..etc, so we need new players to take their place to make sure EC wont be dead. The update was just for testing, if you read the topic in changelog, you will understand that we are just observing whether this update should be kept or pulled back. You might not used to this update yet, but it will be normal later on or perhaps more fun. If you remember, we dont have much commands in old EC but everyone was able to play nicely. But now everyone became lazier as they had easy game.
