Pings were completely normal. To prevent high video size, video has been decompressed from 1080p to 720p, but everything's still visible clearly.

My pings were normal, and I don't know anything about your fps, he was completely unhittable. Well, why didn't you kick me if I had 400+ pings? It means they weren't.
In last second, three of my M6's bullet hit him but none even touched him. And if you think ON use hacks, simply record and report us.

If this even doesn't satisfy you, I request management not to lock this topic because my clan mate [ON]KakaroT has some more videos against him and he'll also post them here as soon as possible.

In the starting seconds, i can't see it's F1 or any other thing, this might be high ping or low FPS, on the 35-39th second the time when you shot ThunderStorm, B34TZ just spawned infront of ThunderStorm due to which the bullet hit beatz & he got knocked down,

Your video lack of evidence, I'll wait for sometime if you've any video to post or else I'll deny it. And also show proof that your & his ping was normal.

About 400+ ping, Beatz cannot kick you if your ping is 400, if it spikes above 600 or 550+(which is unhitabble) he can kick you then.

About pings, it's very rare occasion if we check our pings/score in game, unfortunately, I didn't check my pings that time. Although if they have any evidence of my high pings during this combat, they should post it here.

Mind pausing video at 11th and 34th second (Just before BEATZ spawned), I shot him 4-5 times but he didn't get any damage.

At 10th second, he was completely in range of my Spaz Shotgun but he didn't even get damage.

Furthermore, I just talked with [ON]KakaroT, he'll post his view too.

Your evidence doesn't even make me doubt about ThunderStorm, talking about all the seconds, there was no F1 I can see, about 34th second due to which you maybe thinking, it was due to beatz spawned in front of him, you may know whenever some player spawns it appears twice on our screen & same goes for Beatz(the way he spawned, he like defended ThunderStorm from bullets).

If KakaroT posts any solid video to prove it's F1, then I'll take any decision.

The last player banned for F1 hacks was chernobyl, the evidence was strong, more strong after Tom's video, he was not banned only seeing evidences because his bro/cousin or he was banned twice for the same thing by Howl & he may shared it to chernobyl.

using logic:
banning somebody for usage of F1 is like giving somebody the death penalty. there cannot be any doubt whether a person is guilty and should be given the death penalty; same here - there can't be any doubt in cases of banning people for F1; here you see two people of high-ping trying to fight each other. I'm pretty sure that if ThunderStorm would be a person wanking off to VC strippers and making sure to record everything 24/7 in order to appease his overlords, he would record this and many other scenes as well. And guess what. They'd look pretty much the same way this video looks. Keep in mind we're in 0.4, not 0.3 - I don't mean the accessibility of .asi but rather sync. Lowping-lowping is pretty much godlike (compared to 0.3) now, but lowping-lagger is a nightmare. Lagger-lagger? No need for elaboration.
Benefit of doubt shouldn't be given to K. here either; this is a serious case, after all.
