Hello GTA European City Members, Good Evening, I want to start off by wishing everyone a Advance happy new year, Today I?m proud to announce A new Year banner contest for 2K16, Take any random picture from Vice city and edit as much as it let you get a good Rewards among Banner Contest Participants.

Rules

1. Banner Dimensions Contains   404 x 112px.
2. Each participant can Select/Submit one banner (You Can post all the banners you created in that period of time, but only choose one for the contest ).
3. Only .png extension banner will be Considered.
3. The banner must contain our Server name/Title ""Grand Theft Auto European City"".
4. All members of this forum can take part except Staff Members.
5. The banner must be in English only.
6, The Deadline is: Tuesday 10th January 2017

Our staff will vote for the best banner and winners will receive the Rewards, and 1st prize Winning Banner will be posted on New Year Eve on Forum Banner.

First: 30 ECD's 
Second: 15 ECD's
Third: 8 ECD's
Fourth & Fifth : (Each will rewarded as 5 ECD's)
