Unregistered players

Unregistered players have in the spawn 2 weapons: Stubby+m4. Why not to add Uzi/mp5/ingram etc..
It will be better for those poor players ;( . They cant do a fast switch. And cant fighting good.
And if we want to record someone but with undercover nick it will be better, fighting also.

Added laserscope sniper and mp5, beside m4 and stubby.
Well, i dont really think it's necessary..there is /wep command which allow them to get any weapons they want. But, in the same time it's not a big deal to add more weapons.

It will be in server after next restart.
