[EAF]Aaron has been promoted as a new EC Developer

As a side note:
I will be inactive due to personal reasons which cant be avoided starting tomorrow and I still cant confirm the exact date i will back. Any issues regarding server can be discussed with Aaron via forum or IRC, as new EC Developer. I've planned the promotion since months ago, but he rejected it as he thinks he doesnt deserve the rank. But as i will be inactive, he took the responsibility to make sure EC wont have issues in the future. I believe EC will run fine under Aaron & in the same time, it wont be affected much with my inactivity, as my job was just scripting while the server administration is done by Managers( especially Aaron, the old & active manager ), with the help of Admins and Moderators. While for server scripting, we already have Mashreq as EC Scripter to do bug fixes or script updates.
