Reason why you're transferring your account: as the staff knows that [VO]Mark.x is registered name . Mark.x is my neighbour he players vcmp. As i like his name so yesterday when i got unbanned i ask to give his name to me and i will give me name to him.
so please transfer my name to Mark.X and then Mark.X name to Dragnov .thanks

So, [VO] is his clan ? You shouldn't use [VO] in front of your nick if you are not part of the clan.
We also need him to confirm this, we require confirmation from both side as it's related to two different user's account( as you said )..

Note for admins:
Do not transfer his account directly, the account could be reset as server will automatically delete the new account before transfer.

Actually you could choose another nick instead of Mark, there is already a player who uses that nick

I still dont get it, [VO]Mark.X is your neightbour( which later turned into your bro ). How can [VO] be your clan while your real nick doesnt even has [VO] until you choose to change nick with him ? He gave his clan after he got your nick or 'he' is you ?

Anyway, we still need his confirmation, you could choose another nick or you can ask him to post his confirmation here. We cannot change players' account with only one side's permission.
