The 2nd is just a collision bug happening when you spawn.
Probably MD619 held the "w" button and so he went through the map , still being touched by one of your grenades.

First video: Kintano (or some cop) ran through the alley, It's pretty much unlucky that you got caught in a explosion.
Second video: There's no such thing as wall hack, this is simply the spawn system that put him inside the pool.

And I forgot to mention,
the ON "wall hacks" don't work like some idiots think.
Our version of wall hack (used before by Rustam when got caught) involves making textures invisible, there were no such things as illegal map modding in ON.
And,
to make sure you get it,
