1. BeaTz had instructions from head admin to do whatever he like.
2. Admin have enough rights to punish players for not co operating.. rule were created after that report and he did that again, you're stating an invalid point now.

Beatz did what senior staff told him to do, he was even granted to kick XTM out from server afaik but all he did is slapping, teleportation and asked to get his truck peacefully, what XTM did is, he never co operated.. he even said beatz to suck his dick, gtfo.. etc.. at last he turned the topic about those 2 pakistani brothers that plays under alias.. and accused me for "f1" ,reported me, and got nothing there, what else do you want to know ? you came here to save this report when there's no point, you're just insulting yourself teaching staff "how to administrate".

I don't think so you're that dumb to know what's right, if he had bring his barracks on that time, this controversy wouldn't be running right now, many faced problems,, even i got died because of that barracks several times.. we tried everything to remove it, its still stuck there.

Thing is, there's no way to remove these vehicles from respawning at their last pos.. only way is to restart the server to restore everything to their default spawn loc.. but you guys never cooperates which ends up being a problem..

Idk what happened to the vid evidence but you guys were basically spawn-camping this noob Cuban and killing him everytime he spawned, the excuses were that he was given time to react or move off from his standing point but if he can't even type a cmd in peace before getting killed in 5 seconds, what kind of fairness is that?

To this day we still don't have an official spawn-camping rule. Does that mean that I abused my admin power at that time by banning the 10 of you for 5 days? No, because you know it was unfair gameplay and it was left unchallenged because I explained to you why you guys got banned, you guys know better than to fight on loophole tactics. And it is from that point that I say just because there isn't a rule officially stated on something does not mean you have a right to do as you please, if it's deemed unfair gameplay to the players, expect admin intervention.

So any talk of admin abuse from that perspective is invalid. The only point that is valid is on the basis of what XTM has been reporting on which is why Beatz did all that without stating a fair and proper reason immediately during accusation. There's nothing being said in that to whoo audience, that's just the fact of the situation

New rules added:
Blocking properties' entrance with vehicle via /getcar or /park: It's prohibited to spawn or park vehicles at properties entrance using server commands, it may cause the vehicle to stuck between the entrance and making it hard for players to get outside or causing them trapped inside. You are still allowed to drive the vehicle and block entrance without the use commands.

( something to do with vehicle system, we have reason for this but wont be explained here )

Why not?

Do i have to explain the whole EC's vehicle system( created in 2015 ) just to avoid the statement from being used to attack staff ? The explanation is clear enough that the position you use /getcar might become the vehicle's spawn position. That's all the information required to clear the action taken by BeaTz and what the players need to know.

When you use /getcar at the position between a property's entrance for the first time after server restart or /park the vehicle there, it will be the vehicle spawn position. There's no way to move the vehicle without the admin's help, even you shoot the vehicle or make it explode, it will still re-spawn at the same position and keep blocking the entrance until higher level admin remove the vehicle or set the vehicle's spawn position to another place..

What beatz done is just to keep the game fair and personally i agree with his action. But he should has explained the problem better to avoid misunderstand.

About 'disobey rules':
What the staff need is just a little player support, but as some players cant even lend a little hand, so we had to add this rules:

Disobey staff: All players must obey our staff members, breaking this rule can result in a punishment. (Any kind of power abuse can be reported directly at 'Admin Reports' section)

But seems like some players still use it to attack staff, even it's stated there that any kind of power abuse can be reported directly at Admin Reports. I am just wondering how can we get a little cooperation from you to solve the matters ?

The real report is just about BeaTz taking action that is not listed in server rules, until some users rush in with personal issues and make things worst.
So back to report: Sometimes rules cant solve everything, that is the reason we choose staff members; to take care of servers and keep it fair for all players. Some player might dont realize how their action affect other players. So the staff members are allowed to take action if the situation is clear affecting other players and causing difficulties. But it's risky as players can report them and they might get no support from players & other staff members if his statement is not clear enough. Same thing happened to BeaTz until he showed us how the situation caused problems to mod & difficulties to other players.

After some discussion with the staff, we've decided to give a final warn for demotion to BeaTz.

Edit: The report was denied as what BeaTz did is reasonable and valid, the reason we've given him a warn is because of his attitude which is sometime not appropriate and professional for a staff member to show. Hopefully for the last time he'll improve himself and no longer shows bad attitude toward players and staff members as he did.

@Beatz: If you kick/drown someone, make sure your reason is clear and not some "?? !? ?". If ever they're not aware about the rules, explain them clearly before you take any action. If they do not stop, that's the time you can do your actions, just to prevent confusion from them.
