You know the difference between 40 ping and ~150 ping - and 40 ping and 300 ping?
That's a very tough difference.
The only reason I didn't get hit is because of your pov net.
You can't blame a player for f1 hacking if you have 250-300 ping unbreakable ping.

We don't usually tend to ban for ping, that would make no sense for the player base.
However if it's artificial lag, feel free to report him in a separate report with the video since this report is about Hunting.

You can see how many seconds it took to knock Ryne when he was standing still.That's the main problem.I moved , Ryne stood still. There's a difference, because in my perspective you missed the shot.
