Even with cancerous lag, that shouldn't be possible while downed.
Especially when it happens more than once.

Fought with him yesterday and one of his quality that he's having an extensive lag, the delay for him was like 3 seconds before being accounted as a kill, and there's also a possibility with the f1 he got along with the lag within him, will be given a ban and i'll be waiting for his unban appeal for his further explanation if ever he'll make one.
