To avoid confusion or missunderstand, the report is about an insult toward a religion which is against the server's rules. You might not even get punished if you both insult each other or maybe both will be warned if the insult is done too much which annoy or offend the other player. But if you involve a religion/country in your insult, the punishment will be heavier. When you insult or involve a religion/country in your insult..it wont only offend your enemy but also the other players who had no personal problem with you, it might be their country or religion you had insulted. The rules are there for a reason.
