Suddenly my laptop started playing game with bad fps and slower even i re-installed windows but no effect .
Note: before it was working good

Maybe you shall upgrade your drivers, if not, tell me how old is your pc?

Use complicated drivers from Intel official website by giving the model of your laptop. After doing this try to run the game if its still providing bad fps. So, It happened with me also when I was on my laptop. Download and install " Avast free Antivirus " because you are using laptop and laptops aren't for gaming. Then run '' Boot Time Scan '' If you are problem with finding it catch me in server whenever I'll be online, I will help you out via Team viewer.

what about your system usage ? is it 100% while playing ?

Well i just re-installed my graphic drivers now problem is solved thanks for your attention towards my topic :) .

Re-Install windows and keep your laptop simple just install drivers,Antivirus ( avast ), vcmp and Microsoft Vcredits.
Your vcmp will run with 60 fps while recording too.
