Small change

Suggestion for: Server
Your suggestion: Please replace the F1 rules key to F2 or something like that. I'm using 0.3z UI for 0.4 and F1 was made to show me the console chat and selecting from it. Everytime I press F1 it doesn't close the Rules text... eitherways remove it. It's not necesary to make all the screen black. I guess it's enough by typing rules and using fire button to close it.

0.4 is better than 0.3. You should move along the updates. Change to normal 0.4 screen.

Alternative suggestion to this (since I use F1 to open my console as well), fix the feature to actually properly work.
