Yeah, as far as I remember cosmetic modifications are allowed. Tho, it was made clear in Hanney's topic(somewhere) that cosmetic mods are allowed, they make your game look more cool. Pettan was reported for them once but after admin/manager's discussion that report was denied which means greenless is ALLOWED.
