The players can request the clan name change in the forum, so that it will be easier to keep track of the clan. It would be messy if player can change clan name, especially those who keep changing( closing & opening new clan ).
There's already /nogoto <1/2>
Options: 1 - disallow opponent team only, 2 - disallow opponent and team mate
