Extra notes: he was the one who was spawning cars and from 35 to 40 you can clearly see when only me and off tom were fighting he is spawning cars

Tom, I don't think I need to explain that you're trying to exploit loopholes in the rules governing the server.....again. What you've done is akin to just throwing a nade to the wall and waiting for it to explode.

I'm giving you a warning, not a second ban cuz I haven't been around much and it's probably the fairer thing to do for a new scenario. If you exploit the rules a third time (by my counting), I'm giving you a 3 month ban. Behave and keep to the rules. Playing in grey lines won't save you from rule breaks.
