Are you sure he ban evaded? he's not on the banlist though and in which part he abused your mom?

He abused because i won 10 ecds from him in duel xd and said this and more also, for ban evade, all what i know is that he was perma banned last month and now he is playing.

He should get puniched for abusing in my opinion. I can bring more shots but it will take some time

About the abuse to your mother, base on the screenshot, I don't see any but the explicit word he said about MD, I can personally warn him for that, but about telling that he is ban evading, is there any strong evidence to provide?
