Jokah - misuse of power

Then what is this shit, see, I use S3vrin nick & my logged in nick is damn SameerM not Sevrin, I used Sevrin but in past not anymore.

Now, without seeing the logs, I talked with Sora & he said it was Jokah who banned Honey using my nick because he doesn't a shitstorm with Honey like he do with me & his fellow NYB clan members(who gives a flying fuck to them huh?),
Secondly, the report against honey was damn totally valid, if its really a doubt one, watch the new one posted by StoneCold, if you still can't see it then don't mind, please contact any eye specialist.

Thirdly, dunno nothing to do with this but I tolerated this much, those shitstorms of admin reports against me, damn & now, all of them denied, I'll talk to Aaron don't let the topic of admin report out before any manager approves it. I'm tired already & this is making me tired more, really.
Still, really? Jokah used my nickname, ok if he did that for the reason he mentioned above, ok, I'm the one who banned him, because I can see FS with rocket in it myself even I haven't banned such crap right?

You should contact a brain specialist (eye for an eye) - the video that StoneCold posted is more than 17 days old - evidence?
Go to webstats and write Darkness187 - he appears in this video however webstats show that he joined 17 days ago.

The report is valid, the reporter can report whenever he want to ok? & it's damn our matter to take care of the report not you, so stay the hell out of the report, let admins decide it, & if its a wrong decision, then you can make the damn admin report.

I don't give a flying fuck what does the reporter decide to do with the report or what decision is made as long as it's legit - the only thing I did was inform you how old this report is, and you're not the one to educate me about what can and can't I do  as a community member of this server - I am perfectly aware of those things. We are not discussing the second video here so don't bring it up.

The admin in question said it wasn't rocket glitching, HOWEVER that's not the reason why he was reported for in the first place.
He was reported for fast switching with it and that's what he should be banned for.

Alright, I banned him.

I was away all this time, because I was sleeping. I banned him, because I thought fast switching with rpg is rocket glitch, which is a big misconception. Then, I took Sevrin's name to avoid the shitstorm that was going to come on me when I join servers, Which is completely annoying and it would ruin VCMP with me. My ignoring ability is weak. So I saw Sevrin, he already had this shitstorm, I thought he wouldn't have any problem with this. But shit went real bad. And the report went wrong so it got him in trouble. I'd like to say sorry to him for getting him in to all this. Lets see if he was okay with this, if not I will accept the punishment.

About knowledge of the rules, this is my first report on 'knowledge' and I misunderstood only 1 rule, many admins have misconceptions on them. But I was sure that fast switching with rpg is rg. Which turned out to be wrong. These type of misconceptions happen in our staff, I don't think it is a big deal.

There is no shitstorm when Sevrin joins other servers.
He is 'disliked' (if you like) by other reasons - not (only) solving reports the wrong way.

Technically speaking, he did the right thing in banning honey as he was fast switching. However the ban reason he stated was invalid (it's not rocket glitching) so this is a misunderstanding on his part.
However he apologized for his actions (see above post) regarding the incident and now everything is pretty much clear now.
It's up to managers to decide whether he should be punished or not.

Honey wasn't unbanned because the ban reason Jokah stated was invalid but because the ban was invalid, otherwise the managers and head admins wouldn't discuss about it but rather ban him..

Just stick with the report which you made & talk on that report not any clan or liked or disliked, anything.

Being on report, no misconception, its just understandings, we discussed many times in private, the thing is "using rocket in close range of 24 meters is not allowed" & "Fast switching with rocket is also not allowed". For the reason honey was reported by brian was "FS with rocket" & then Stonecold posted another video, the video is 17 days ago, if yes, then what does matter that if its 17 days ago or of today, rule breaking is rule breaking. Other admins will decide that report because I'm tired of shit stuff tbh, leaving it on Howl/Amal or GangstaRas. Amal was just having a doubt on the evidence but after stone's evidence, I can see, his doubt will be cleared.

Edit: Managers are not discussing it or anyone, because Aaron is the only one active manager & he's not there atm. It's just senior staff who will discuss but what to discuss? Everything is clear on both videos. If any admin have doubts or really don't know what is that, others are there & can handle it. Why bouncing it?
