This server is already non-style of Vice City.

Well,this will also make things worse.Maybe need some collectibles to unlock such features like commands etc.
Anyway, back to subject, I see nothing good here in terms of ' gameplay'.Whether play at almost Rockstar wants ,or at least wanted us to , or make a complete different thing,anyway just saying ,.....Maybe one day you'll turn this into other kind of game by votes of players...
However , this server is too different maybe.....Why not try to make something based on other GTA games,like some small features , ^^ some kind of new Vehicles and it could be great! Not just modifying like codes of original stuff......
