About what Tic said is right, but he doesnt use any VPN. He lives in Netherlands..

He is arab but he lives in Netherlands, i have always contact with him.  He doesn't have use any VPN except if he is a fake one (imperosonanted)

I myself witness Roman's misbehavior and racism. Even I have muted him several times for the same thing. As per the rules - continuous misbehave and racism even after being muted/warned several times, ban is applicable.
