I shouted that guy with spaz and knocked him down, did a 180 turn to kill others and again did an other turn to pop his head  it's simple

from 1:00 to 1:04 is the point which he reported its clear the guy was down so zkq was shooting others after that he moved 180 degree and shooted the knocked guy i don't see any fishy movement ?
