It seems to be that killerx kicked them during that scenario, to make it clear, you don't need to report again if they were already punished by an admin on that certain situation it is considered as handled, but seems to be Devil_Jin should  be warned for this as he were also advertising flagrantly.

For Danny's case, it is settled as it was handled by an admin during that time.
