+1 but the ping jitter should record the data every 15 to 20 seconds as it will create some space for those whose pings don't jitter very much.

WTF the fps limit has to be below 30 b because 30 fps is stable enough to actually die so dont make the limit higher than 30 and force people like me who hate 60 fps to play on 60
