After discussing with Human. we have come to agree that as for this moment there will be no any changes as it doesn't seem to be much of a complication, 3 seconds is not that long to wait, and also one of the concern we tackled is to keep uniformity with the system, just for all to be the same with the others.
As the update has been recently changed, there will be no changes to be done that deals with the server features, as it's under preliminary observation, so far it has dealt the problem of spawn killing related issue.
