The rule's already there..it was just not clear.. check the 'last edited'. I'm not sure about the other cases, discussion was done and agreed only after 26th November. .
 
Just a reminder: currently, both - camping inside sphere and shooting players inside sphere are disallowed. The rules will updated soon to add what needs to be added or changed.. There are a few things that need to be settled..

Hunting you have no relevant point here, I have no friends when it comes to report or server( for your info I have banned my own clan members once). We are trying best to be lenient on the new year. We don’t review current reports by relating to older ones.
KX was right, I insisted Diaz to be lenient on WG report due to new year.
