I wouldn't consider this as wall glitch. You both are standing at the opposite sides of wall. You punched him and he was knocked down ( that'd be wall glitch as well ). Knowing that there is no any other way to kill each other other than using bomb, he fired and tried to through the bomb off the wall. but you yourself went near to the wall giving the grenade to cover you.
