No, you're reporting your self. Don't you know? Don't enter your ass. and the rule say.

 If the players/group abuse each other, the admin must not punish only one player/side. The admin must either mute all of them to stop spamming/flooding the main chat or mute none of them.

@Bninin , just try to be a good guy not in server only but everywhere around vc-mp. The things you do are always problematic. Try to improve yourself to avoid such scenes. Play & enjoy game silently and let others enjoy. Use gentle words always. Take care while you talk. :-]  - Otherwise, you know what will happen.
