Why should we unban you ?: First of all i want to know when, why and who banned him for the 1st time.I talked to him he says he don't know what happens to his account.He is a totally newbie player.He still don't know about these type of things.I invited him to join VCMP.I was away due to exams.Today i said him to join EC and we saw that he is banned and the reason is ban evade.I am not saying to unban him but just asking why he is banned.Because he is totally newbie and even don't know about these matters.
Extra note: I am his cousin.I am posting his app because he don't know about these things and he still don't have any forum account.So kindly check the information about his ban.I don't think he made anything against rules.Checkout information pls.

I took a look on the logs before and seems like it was initially banned by cool3 and for sure there was a reason behind why he was banned.

Hmm. I got that. I am sure that is a problem in IP Match.Checkout his UID.He is not =TSV=Quick.He was newbie so he was connecting again and again.He did not know what happened. .Check his UID pls and if he is innocent unban him pls.
Nowadays in Pakistan most of the users IP auto match with others.I think you already know that.
