Reason for reporting: Fake timeout.
Evidence:(Screenshots, videos..etc)    /   
Extra notes: He joined the game again, and he /q in 1 second, So it's a fake timeout.
I have the chatlogs too :).
Video 2 : 00:01 he joined again and 0.09 he /q .
